2018 THIS IS VERMIN SUPREME

“This is Vermin Supreme” is about the 2016 campaign of the internet meme/ wizard with a boot on his head. Since the eighties, he’s been campaigning on a platform of time-travel research, mandatory tooth-brushing and free ponies. He’s currently running on the Libertarian Party ticket.

2017 THE WAR OF NORTH DAKOTA

The film documents the lead up to the violent “Night of the Water Cannons” at the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota. The peaceful Water Protectors face an onslaught of rubber bullets, tear gas canisters and sub-zero water cannons by militarized police as winter approaches.

2016 FLOWERS FOR PEACE

Rod Webber holds a carnival mirror to the underbelly of the 2016 election. Just at ease playing court jester for governors Bush and Kasich as catching an illegal FBI raid on film, Webber weaves in and out between worlds, giving a glimpse of American politics rarely seen on film.

2014-2015 FLOWERS (SERIES)

From 2014 to 2015, I traveled around for a year giving people flowers, and filmed their reactions. This resulted in several short films and around 600 Vines. Because of the deletion of my YouTube, it will be some time before much of this is recovered, but there are a couple folks who have made compilations like this one.
